DIGITAL PUBLICATION LICENCE

• This LICENCE applies to the article or articles that the AUTHOR uploads to the arrivet.org website; uploading articles to the website involves prior acceptance of a licence for the publication of the said articles.
• Sending or submitting an article does not mean it will be immediately published; the PUBLISHER will review its contents and approve it for publication; the AUTHOR will be sent notification of the final approval for publication.
• The licence includes the application of the following terms and conditions:

COPYRIGHT: the AUTHOR grants a free, non-exclusive Licence to publish the article on the Internet, with a worldwide territorial scope and for an unlimited duration. This licence allows the total and partial reproduction of the article, including its digitalisation, transformation and, if necessary, adaptation  to the submission rules, including its translation into any language and the public communication of the publication in global communication networks for the purpose of making the digitalised copy of the publication available on the website pages of  www.arrivet.org  or of the publisher (www.tknika.eus). The exercise of any other right shall require the licensor’s express written authorisation.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION. The PUBLISHER shall indicate the origin and identify the article in respect to the AUTHOR's moral rights. For this purpose, the AUTHOR expressly agrees to the PUBLISHER processing his/her personal data for the purpose of identifying him/her as the author. He/she may exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, erasure and/or opposition by contacting TKNIKA at info@tknika.eus

ORIGINAL ARTICLES: The AUTHOR guarantees that he/she is the author and/or holder of the copyright and image rights (as appropriate), that the content of the article is original and/or is in the public domain and/or does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties or any other rights recognised in the current legislation.

APPLICABLE LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES: Current European intellectual property rules will apply. The two parties will settle any differences that may arise in connection with this agreement through an out-of-court settlement system such as arbitration and/or mediation. The current European rules on copyrights in the digital single market are applicable to this licence.
